"Copy debug info" should censor IP addresses #164

IP addresses might leak private proxies. To avoid this, IPs should be censored (e.g. 192.*.*.*)

Shift+Click could copy without censoring

This IP censorship should also apply to "Proxy:" info in popup stream status
