Allow the new upcoming beta private proxies with some neat features: beta.na.restricted.api.cdn-perfprod.com and beta.eu.restricted.api.cdn-perfprod.com

Do you think we should just allow all URLs ending with .restricted.api.cdn-perfprod.com?
