It would be great for personal purposes (to avoid getting over-contacted for events) as well as for NC Boards (when looking for people to invite to events to avoid inviting unavailable people) to have an idea of what people are generally up to.
It would be a cool feature to have the possibility to add the following simple statuses:
Active
Retired
Busy
_They could also be phrased more EYP-minded but that takes away a sense of professionalism:
