Event loosing its tie to a NC #187

Describe the bug

https://members.eyp.org/admin/events/25th-national-session-of-eyp-ireland

This event is no longer connected to an NC even though it was under editing rights.

Expected behaviour

Once NC is set to an event, it should not automatically drop unless edited by the IO.

Hey , As a national committee manager, when you create an event, you have the possibility of saving it without a National Committee assigned, aka it is not a required field. image

If you then save the event you lose access to it as you as the national committee manager as it is an event not assigned to your national Committee. If you then also had not yet assigned anyone in the Head Organiser role, the only way to get access to the event again is by contacting a superadmin and editing the event and assigning it to the National Committee.
