Harassment warning appearing in front of an applicant #188

Describe the bug

Today, unexpectedly, an exclamation mark appeared in front of an applicant's name. Fortunately, the applicant is from our NC so we know the claim is not real. All of his evals are very positive and do not mention anything close to harassment. This is especially concerning since, if the person in question was not known to the NC, it would have hindered the selection process.

After seeing this happen to yet another member of our NC, we believe this could be due to the "Discipline" section of certain previous Evaluations of these individuals. Even though they seem to be empty, they have some sort of blank space/spacebar, which must trigger the warning sign (see Screenshot 1, versus Screenshot 2, where the Discipline field is actually empty).
