Unable to view all applications #191

Describe the bug

We recently closed the call for Chairpersons for our session (BGin). The total number of applications says that we should have 17 but we can only access 15.

Thank you @nikichap ! In the past, such cases usually meant that only 15 applicants have submitted the application, and the 2 missing ones come from accounts that have started but not submitted the app. I would suggest that you go on with the selection. @mzibara please correct me if anything.
