Very specifically the NC representatives of EYP Greece (or anyone added as an NC rep) do not have access to the "news" tab in the admin panel.
They cannot access the tab. Also, there is not a single past news story still attributed to EYP Greece.
The Administrator can still post in their name, and these news posts show up as EYP Greece posts.
