Add a similar button at NC pages, for users to get notifications for news items posted by this NC.
Problem and motivation
We cannot rely on members actively checking social media channels and the Facebook Sessions! group to stay updated on calls for officials. Adding this extra feature allows NCs to reach more people quicker, and so increase their pool of applicants.
