When a call was opened, and results were not published before the session starts, participants do not seem to be added to the participant list. While it makes sense this function is disabled after the event ended, it should still be able to be.
This issue happened for the Novi Sad International Session

When a call was opened, and results were not published before the session starts, participants do not seem to be added to the participant list. While it makes sense this function is disabled after the event ended, it should still be able to be.

Expected behaviour
Participants should eb added when approved and the results published.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Open a call with a deadline during the dates of the event and have participants apply
Approve the participants
Participants are added to the final participant list
