When I want to upload my profile picture, I get a message saying "Error uploading unnamed.jpg: Try again later" written in red and it is repeat every time.
Expected behaviour
I should be able to upload my profile picture.
Steps to reproduce the issue
profile --> settings --> photo --> upload --> then I select the picture with file name "unnamed" in jpeg format and click enter then the message "Error uploading unnamed.jpg: Try again later" appears.
