Hi, I tried to replicate the issue you have experienced but it worked for me. It might have gotten fixed already if so just ignore this comment, however if you are still experiencing this problem try to register again as there may have been a migration error on our side.
Describe bug
I tried to access to the new Member Platform 3.0 for the first and when doing the "forgot password" feature it said that my email is not found.
Expected behavior
My email should have been recognize as I have never changed it and I have been a member on the Member Platform since 2017.
