invalid command-line parameter: 
folder\android-sdk-windows\tools/emulator-arm.exe.
Hint: use '@foo' to launch a virtual device named 'foo'.
please use -help for more information

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 3.2 on Windows 7
