Default provider organisation for expenditures, commitment and disbursement transactions

It would be of great help to have a default option for a provider organisation for the expenditure, commitment and disbursement fields. In 99% of the cases the provider organisation for those fields is the same as the reporting organisation so it would save a lot of work to have the reporting organisation and its identifier as the default provider organisation and default organisation identifier code.
