Provide guidance on default types in settings for NGOs #75

As an NGO user, I like to know suggested values for difficult default status fields, so that I can easily provide sensible values.

The Settings have fields for default collaboration type, flow type, finance type, aid type, tied status. The definitions in the Standard and Code Lists are written from a donor government perspective and difficult to interpret.

It would be great to offer sensible defaults for NGOs in either the help text, or in a page on the guidance section of the IATI Standard with a link to it from AidStream.

That makes perfect sense and would need input from @stevieflow @iatisupport on this.

That does make sense.

Not sure I can write that, but if @rolfkleef @jasp @SJ-bond @Jaspermid could make suggestions it would be useful. I understand this relates to the following codelists:

The difficulty might be in contextual / conditional use-cases...

I'll be working on this tomorrow, for our next workshop on Thursday...

(Since AidStream asks for the type of organisation, maybe it isn't too hard to make it contextual)
