Accessing AidStream from multiple computers with the same account #78

In a workshop we had two people from an organisation working with the same login credentials. This sometimes lead to unpredictable behaviour when duplicating activities.

Maybe there is a way to detect and indicate multiple sessions under the same account?

What kind of behaviors? Anything specific?

I haven't tried to reproduce it, but from what those people said:

they created a first activity (as a sort of master version)
they then started duplicating and editing that activity on two laptops, to add similar activities
not all fields seemed to be duplicated in each activity: sometimes, apparently hardly any of the fields were filled in the newly created duplicate

(We've advised them to set up additional users in their account to work in parallel)
