iati-organisation module prototype development #5

Currently iati-organisation information/data is enabled for the publisher only - publisher can enter the iati-organisation data for themselves only. However it is possible to enter the iati-organisation data for partners as well. This module will allow the publisher to enter the iati-organisation-data for their partners as well.

UX for this is on the making.

This should follow the flow as shown below

The organisation-data module is a complete new module in AidStream, that will allow the users to enter and maintain their partner informations. The benefit is that their partner organisation information will be consistent now across all their activities. They will be able to see which partners are involved in different activities. Also if the organisation works with few partners in their projects, they can quickly select their partners while entering the participating-organisation.

The mockup below shows that the given organisation has 4 partners. This interface is designed to correct their legacy data with one click. For example, if they are using different spelling for the same partner, they can now do the merging of these organisation information in their activities for consistent information.

If the organisation decides to merge DFID with DFIDUK, then they will be directed through the following screen to show which activities are being affected being these two organisation information are merged.
