Task for ODS - Review extracted English text and send for translation (French/Spanish)

Dependent on completion of #1477 and to be carried out by ODS.

ODS will review all English text extracted from the IATI Publisher interface before approving it for translation.

We are aiming for written English content that:

• uses consistent terms
• is clear and concise
• avoids idiomatic language, or metaphors that rely on particular cultural background
