Lost my settings if i want to use another keyboard like swype or slide it #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install sywpe
2. take settings and config that you want to use only swype
3. go into standby or reboot and swype is not your default keyboard anymore

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

there is a reason why the mod lost the default settings. please fix it.

all these issues look like some database corruption
can you reproduce them after wipe?

yes i can reproduce it. i have done a full flash with .36 release and clear my
sd card before. after that i have restored the c release of the mod and
download ear and setcpu from the market to test it without making any changes
to the release.

i have installed the apps and reboot the phone but no autorun.

Can you check if the keyboard app is installed in froyo app2sd?
some users had problems with widgets disappering at boot, it turned out the had
them installed on sd (wich is unavailable at boot time)
