Whatsapp and Google+ App hangs

What is the Mod-Version you are using?[Settings> About> Mod Version]
## CyanogenMod-7.1.0.1-Milestone##

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Whatsapp
2. in setup screen, key in phone number Next
3. key in username and click OK
4. If you click Yes to restore message history, error will be "Unable to 
connect. Please try again later."
5. If you click No to restore and Don't Restore, the error will be "The 
application WhatsApp (process com.whatapp) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try 
again."

1. Launch Google+
2. click on your account
3. Enable Instant Upload screen - Select Over Wi-Fi or mobile network and 
Continue
4. Error shown is "No Connection, This application requires a working Internet 
connection.  Please enable your wireless conneciton or try again later when you 
have better network coverage."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What did you do trying to solve the problem?

Please provide any additional information below. (/cache/logger, /dev/log)
