cannot send/receive mms messages

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.trying to send an mms in new zealand
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

to send and/or receive mms messages. just says mms is sending... but its not 
actually doing anything.

What did you do trying to solve the problem?
checked and recheckd apns were correct called my provider and they saw that mms 
isnt leaving the phone.

Please provide any additional information below. (/cache/logger, /dev/log)

same in Germany. Nobody seems able to fix it. It also looks like that the dev's 
don't believe it's not a generic fault like wrong APN... :(

Could it be to do with the base bands not quite being right? I had a
brazilian one which has been working fine for months, did some research and
found the thai one was closer to ours again so hav tht aswell now. Didn't
help. it also didn't work with the last version of cyanogen I had on here
either. Also I can't remember if any other symbol comes up in notification
bar because nohing like that is happening either

This is computer science, it's not about beliefs at all :)
Sending and receiving MMSs is working fine for me, so I can't reproduce this 
issue.
Therefore I need to see your logcat to be able to analyse your issue.
As this is duplicate of issue 663, I'm merging this report, please post your 
logs there.

Apreciate the help guys. I'm a bitve a noob so where can I find the log cat
file and I take it the last thing I should do before I up load it here is
try send an mms? Anything else I can do to make it easier for you?
