CyanogenMod-7.1.2-Milestone-KANG

Still reboot loop with my carrier (Postemobile, virtual carrier on Vodafone IT 
network) as with earlier versions, included 7.1.1

No reboot loop with other carrier different from Vodafone Italia
(but included Vodafone Italia)

I opened issue 728 on error

With a new Vodafone Italia SIM the process com.android.phone aborted but no 
reboot loop.
