What is the Mod-Version you are using?[Settings> About> Mod Version]
7.1.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Look at status bar or lockscreen. On stock firmware, it shows "VIVO SP 11", but 
on CM it shows "VIVO". That is, my area and state code (SP 11) are missing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see "VIVO SP 11" instead of just "VIVO" (carrier name)

What did you do trying to solve the problem?
I tried enabling "Force PLMN display" and it didn't work...
