focus beep after boot

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. reboot
2. after booting into the android main desktop
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the camera focus beep is heard which is not desirable at all

What did you do trying to solve the problem?

Please provide any additional information below. (/cache/logger, /dev/log)

If you mean the sound of camera focusing, it's Google Talk being initialized - 
it's apparently checking the camera hardware. What's so bad about it?
Talk is not opensource, so if you want Talk app to not check the camera when 
it's starting, you should ask Google to do something about it.

If you really mean the focus beep (as in sound from speaker), it does not beep 
for me after boot.
