Slide unlock never skips on security.

What is the Mod-Version you are using?[Settings> About> Mod Version]
7.2.0RC1

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Enable PIN lock in security options
2. Enable Skip On Security option.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

In previous versions all works fine - when i press power button phone asks me 
to enter the Pin, slide unlock was skipped.
In version 7.2.0RC1 slide unlock screen always appeared.

What did you do trying to solve the problem?

I tried to maximize the slide unlock delay (for example, screen timeout delay = 
1 min, slide unlock delay = 30 mins), but there is no effect.
