Bluetooth connection causes reboot 7.1.5 #766

Every once in a while when I start my bluetooth s305 headphones the phone 
reboots itself. I found out that this happens more often in lower speeds (if 
the speed was limited to 250/400 for example) but it happens. I am not sure if 
it is easily repeatable...

I am now using 7.2.4f (2.3.7) 10.03.2013 and I still get a reboot sometimes. 
Maybe some service is dying due to too little memory?
