"force LED off" not working for battery low #774

CyanogenMod-7.2.2-umts_sholes

1. install CM7
2. in CyanogenModsettings -> Interface -> LED notifications
set "LED mode" to "Force LED off".
3. Let the battery go down to 5%
4. LED will blink red

The expected output would be "LED stays off".

Normally, only setting "Android System" to force off should be enough, but even 
with everything off, it still blinks red.

If I put it in the dock, the LED will stay on (stop blinking)
