Edit the gap.test function and add reference lines #11

This PR fixes some minor language in the report, but adds the following functionality:

Reference lines to all plots based on a user-specified proficiency level setting
Rounding in all plots to avoid too many digits being plotted
Enhancements to the gap.test function output to make plots themed better

Additional language to some components of the report as well to clarify topics.
