Currently, every patient profile only has contact information and health status. The GPs, in this scenario, would only be able to view a patient's diagnostic and treatment history through appointments on the right.

This seems a little unintuitive, as the real-life scenario is that most patients' medical history would be organized into a single file collated on services such as MyHealth360, on paper or in a digital system. GPs would not have to filter through individual medical appointment records to find out what conditions or treatments a patient received.

As this aspect of DocTrack's product design does seem unintuitive, and there is no planned enhancement for this type of feature, but there is a clear work-around for GPs to use, I am marking this bug as a severity.Medium and a type.FeatureFlaw bug.

Team's Response

This was a design choice as the medicine and sickness within the appointment signifies the diagnosis and medicine provided specifically after that appointment.
