Bible search by text #120

At the moment we have pretty lightning fast access to bibles based on the book, 
chapter and verse. It'd be nice to have a search index of them though (Lucene 
backed as with the songs.) We already have Lucene in there so it shouldn't need 
any extra libraries and could be a valuable tool to have.

It would also pretty much negate the need for integration with bible gateway, 
since if we have this I struggle to see what else it feasibly provides?

Started looking at putting the Lucene infrastructure in place to support this.
