Database list icon change #133

The "+" and "-" buttons on the songs panel are not intuitive as the previous 
uses suggest they would add and remove the song to/from the schedule. I would 
use different icons for 'new song' and 'delete song' - maybe a page with a 
yellow star over it: [ ]*
For the delete song, I would use the trash can metaphor.

Have added the two icons, removesongdb.png and addsongdb.png which are now used 
for this separate purpose. Please feel free to change them as you see fit then 
close when we're all happy!

Haven't heard anything else on this, so I'm marking it as fixed. If the icons 
are still not to taste we'll reopen / reconsider ;)
