Support for unicode characters when importing Quelea song pack #149

At the moment, when I export (Quelea song pack) songs with special characters 
(like ąčęėį) and then try to import them, I get question marks instead of 
needed characters.

Fixed along with a bunch of other internationalisation bugs.
