Database migration feature #151

Due to the database changing in 0.6, we really ought to provide an easy way for 
users to migrate their old databases across (ideally this should be done 
completely transparently.)

All done, completely transparently if a database in the old format exists and 
one in the new format doesn't. The old database is still kept to ensure that if 
something goes wrong, nothing is lost.
