View Image Thumbnails in Themes Explorer #155

Give the ability to view image thumbnails instead of just their names when 
exploring for an image to add in the themes tab.

This is handled via a file chooser, so should work at the OS level - certainly 
in Windows in 0.6 trunk this now seems to be the case.

I'll close as Wontfix since it seems fine to me as it is, but if when 0.6 is 
pushed out this still proves an issue, we can re-open with a better description 
of under what scenarios the thumbnails don't appear, then look into whether 
it's worth taking more action on Quelea's side to try to show them.
