I think we now pretty much have this with the new black and white icons for 0.6 
- I've tested the current UI in low light situations and it's perfectly clear 
for me. I don't think we really want to have the burden of supporting another 
entirely separate UI when the current one seems fine, so I'm going to mark this 
as fixed (as part of the new theme.)

If for any reason the current UI isn't great in low light situations, we should 
really incorporate that into the design of the UI itself rather than creating a 
separate one. If that is the case then we can open a new ticket and deal with 
it later.
