Moving dots that will help identify that the program is loading during splash 
screen

Filing this as wontfix for now - it's technically too much effort to keep the 
image updated in any format (due to all the stuff happening on the EDT during 
loading.) We could achieve it, but we'd have to probably slow the loading down 
as a result, and it'd be quite a big coding job - I say not really worth the 
time we'd have to spend.

If we decide this is a must have for the future we can always dig this ticket 
up again.
