Improve display of bible passages #170

At present the bible passage text is displayed pretty arbitrarily, without any 
real control as to how it's displayed - you also can't set the theme on bible 
passages.

As such, the following additions would be good:

 - Add theme support to bible passages
 - Improve text layout algorithm so verses aren't split across slides
 - Add option to show verse numbers
 - Show bible version / book / verses on the currently displayed slide using small text at the bottom right of the screen.

The above two are now complete.

Still need to add theme support and show the small text.
