Place small text on the bottom right of the screen for songs #171

In 0.5.4 we use to have small text for showing the author, CCLI number and so 
on of the currently displayed song, but in 2014 we've lost this along the way 
and it's never been put back. This should be re-introduced in the next release, 
possibly along with an option to select whether the small text should be 
present or not.
