OpenLyrics import / export #181

Shouldn't be too hard to import and export from openlyrics - a library exists 
here:

Look at getting this in for 2014.1.

Import has now been written and is confirmed as working in trunk with all the 
openlyrics examples. Export should follow shortly.

(Used jopenlyricslib, and contributed some patches back for a few bugs that 
were found in the process.)

Export now completed as well, so we now have export / import openlyrics 
capability built into Quelea in trunk, ready to go for the next version.

No chord support at present since it's not done precisely enough to work out 
where they should go in openlyrics format, but when we rework the chord 
functionality (probably at a much later date) there's no reason why we can't 
add it in later.
