Add the option to choose whether to bundle resources (on save) #183

At present, all the resources are bundled into the schedule zip file, 
regardless of size - this means that for services with lots of multimedia, it 
can take a ridiculously long time.

Most of the time, the schedule file won't need to be portable and the option 
should therefore be in place to reduce this bottleneck where appropriate.
