Editing the active theme has no affect on the preview until theme is re-selected

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Use any song and set a theme
2. The song is shown in the preview with the selected theme
3. Edit the theme, e.g. changing background image or font color - Click OK
4. Preview does not change
5. Open theme selector -> No theme is selected

This also happens if the edit theme window was closed without any change in the 
theme itself.

I was using the nightly build (2014-06-17, 19:11)

Oops, seems that my code changes yesterday caused more problems. I'll take a 
look at this.
