Printing gives broken results #209

Printing a schedule needs a revamp - at present it gives broken results and 
doesn't print across pages correctly. Probably revamp using XSLT and Apache FOP.

Now rewritten the print engine using XSLT and apache FOP. Prints to a PDF, 
which is then printed using the desktop API.
