Settings - Window: Hard to see which setting slider is which feature #213

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Opening the Settings/Options Window

It is hard to distinguish between the sliders, you can´t see which slider is 
in which line...

See pic.
Also the other options or the whole window is too "loaded" with options... 
grouping them or having lines (like the alterning grey/blue lines in the 
shedule does work for this as well?)

Yeah, agreed - we do need to improve the UX for this.

I'm tempted to call this done with the slight reworking of this panel for 
2014.1 - if it's still confusing then we can re-open!
