Server / Cloud based song-database and limited database access #219

In our church (and i guess this is in many others too) different people
want to use the presentation software and song-database.

For example we´re running a PC in the main sanctuary for the sunday services
and another one in a different room for our youth meetings.

At the moment every quelea-installation has it´s own song-database
and both PCs can´t use the same songs. So the best is using a copy of the main
sanctuary PCs database.
But if there´s a new song added to the youth-PC,
it´s not added into the main-PC´s database automatically...

(I haven´t found an issue regarding this although i was sure there was a
similar topic already)

If the database is on a cloud drive or a server running a database
both (all) PCs could access the same lyrics. In this case it could be
neccessary to restrict the db access... one PC can read but not edit the song
database etc.

This is something we've thought about before, perhaps using the DropBox API,
but you already understand the problem of read/write permissions across PC's!

We can definitely take a look at this again for 2015

Dropped from 2015 for now. Too much else to look at as a priority for this
release (such as better presentation support.)
