Add Progress bar for Automatic Song Translation #229

Adding an automatically generated SongTranslation
lasts some seconds (which is not a problem in itself) but
during this time, the input field is not locked and it´s not obvious
that the translation is generated.

Adding a progress bar or a hint "Wait for song to be translated" would solve 
this...

This is a relatively minor usability enhancement, so could probably push this 
through for this release.

I think we need a bit more thought into the UI for this, so I'll delay to 2015 
for now. (Progress is hard to gather since it's a single call to a URL.)

Added cancellable dialog instead - in now, so we be rolled out in 2015.
