Color DropDown list not visible after Theme Editor was opened #289

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the theme edit window
2. the color Picker is not visible
3. change to video or image and back to color - now the dropdown list is visible

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2015.1 Test2
