The email should contain the details of the original request and a link to the request record page. It should then ask the user to choose from the following options:
The request was handled well (link to success page).
The request was handled partially (link to escalation page).
The organization declined to handle the request (link to refusal page).
The organization did not reply (link to escalation page).
All links in the email should include the following campaign tracking code: '?mtm_campaign=followup-emails&mtm_keyword=escalation-email&mtm_source=email'
Clicking on each of these options should update the request record in the DB and send the user to a dedicated landing page for that option.
