Add currently opened note to chat context automatically #88

What happened?

It appears the currently opened document is not being properly added to the chat context, as such any conversations fail unless you type in the name of the document manually which seems odd.

This is on purpose for now and not a bug but I understand that it may feel unintuitive. We will add this feature in a future release.
