Return hotel information by location

As a user, I want to be able to receive hotel information based on my location, so I can find a nice place to stay.

Requirement: 3.1.5

AC: Results should return:

• Hotel name
• address
• phone number
• rating
• list of amenities

default sort by rating, also allow name
