Add LICENSE #30

Follow-up to #19. Adding the MIT license here. Does that sound good to everyone?

I don't think we need to add the license to every file, this should be sufficient.

I'm not sure you could just not add the license to every file because there is the line in the MIT license that says "The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software."

Hmm, I looked at two popular projects that use the MIT license (Ruby on Rails, and jQuery), and neither of them included the license on every file. I think that's required for GPL but not for MIT.
