Opened a branch here (though haven't finished all the updates).

But this is proving a little more complicated than I thought. After some reading, there is a pretty significant difference between postfertilization and LMP, regarding the number of weeks after which an abortion is banned.

Postfertilization - Calculates the beginning of pregnancy from the date of conception; 20 weeks postfertilization is equivalent to 22 weeks LMP.

Post-implantation - Calculates the beginning of pregnancy from the date of implantation; 24 weeks implantation is equivalent to 27 weeks LMP.

We should probably standardize our numbers. A state that has a 22-week postfertilization ban is roughly the equivalent of another state having a 20-week LMP ban. And then we can clarify in the description how we standardized the numbers.

Also, I realized: are we going by laws that have passed even if courts have overturned them? For example, courts have overturned laws in some states that have passed 12-week abortion bans. We should probably be clearer in our presentation here.

What do y'all think @DylanMoriarty @kkowalsky?

Once a court has overturned it, it should be removed. I agree that it definitely needs further consideration if it's more complicated than we initially realized.
